- Solve any captcha (if prompted).
- Complete verification (OTP) if required.
- You’re in. Review your account and security settings.

OTP and two-step checks
- You may receive an SMS or email OTP to confirm the login.
- Enter the code exactly as received.
- If you didn’t get it, wait 60 seconds and request a new OTP or try a different channel.
Password reset and lockouts
- Click “Forgot Password” on the login page.
- Enter your registered details and verify via OTP.
- Create a strong new password (12+ chars, mixed types).
- Account locked after multiple attempts? Wait the stated lockout period, then try again.
